Our Experience
Dr. Wyatt has helped litigate intellectual property (IP) issues at the district court and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board levels, drafted IP agreements, consulted on IP, and prosecuted U.S. and foreign patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Prior to founding Wyatt Law Suites, Dr. Wyatt worked at an IP boutique and as a patent consultant in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, he has significant pharmacy experience in the community and institutional settings, providing a practical perspective when advising clients on IP and healthcare. In addition, he has provided CE and presented in multiple educational and university venues.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of legal services, including patent-ligation support, expert witnessing in pharmacy/healthcare, and IP prosecution. He has advocated for clients ranging from authors, university professors (Ohio State, Michigan, and Yale), physicians, dentists, engineers, garage inventors, and domestic and international companies.
